Recipe: lentil salad nestled in a romaine leaf. Cook lentils with sorrel, garlic mustard, ginger, wild leeks, sea salt & black pepper. Meanwhile, mince chives, mint & spinach. Toss this with chopped red cabbage, olive oil & mirin. Once the lentils are finished cooking, add them to cold ingredients while still hot. Stir thoroughly. Allow the salad to cool, then spoon onto romaine leaves. Enjoy!
